We launched our mobile responsive website about two weeks ago and are now on page one of Google in the organic (not paid for or sponsored links) :

Quite pleased with that result, though the search engine optimisation SEO will need to be worked on to maintain this ranking alongside other Surrey web designers who are stiff competition.
This is out of around, 12,200,000 results generated.
Need to climb a bit further.
